Duke Fill is close to the width, but a little too narrow
This is what the lower case looks like when sloped 12 degrees right.

Nomad is close to the width, but a little too narrow, and would need to be sloped. Has pointed vertex on _M_.

Sports logos are usually custom designs rather than a retail font.
Industry Black Italic matches the letterforms of the logo but is too wide.

Evogria is a reasonable substitute for _ACHTUNG_
The _S_ does not match.
I suspect that this was never a font as such in 1963.
For the lower case I am tempted by Georg Trump's Signum of 1955, digitized as Trump Gothic and using the bold weight. The _r_ could be made by clipping the rhs leg from _n_. Expanding the width slightly and other minor edits would make a better fit.

Ambiguous letters. Is this _SVMA_ or _SUMA_? If this is a _V_ what is _U_? So perhaps it is hand lettered?
I did not find an exact match to this faux-Chinese lettering styled to mimic the brush strokes used in Chinese characters which began with Chinese Wong, which dates back to 1883.
Many names for similar fonts: wonton, chopstick, chow mein, chop suey, rickshaw, take out, etc.
BTW Some people criticize this style as being an offensive expression of Orientalism and racial stereotyping.
