Well, “Tele” was easy, but I couldn’t manage “Blue.”

Pretty sure this is it. The crosses on the t’s were shortened, and the e and the x look jammed together rather than using the built-in connection.

OK: the match appears to be Pare Condensed Bold. This is a classic, sketchy Brøderbund knockoff from (probably) the 1990s. It was based on Peignot, a typeface from the 1930s. This is available at https://www.myfonts.com/collections/peignot-inactive-font-monotype-imaging. Another modern rendering of Peignot is Pinot Grigio Modern, from Adobe.
