I don't think this is a font - but I feel you knew that. Meanwhile, I'd use something like Sawasdee but backslant it. Closest I can find... and it isn't even close.

None of the repeating letters are the same. Most likely, not a font.
It looks like an old manufacturers version of Radiant. However, dafont has one that wow, even the ampershand matches, even though I am sure this was out there before the dafont font every was!
