Please look in your library and see if you have a font named XMen Medium. It was around in the 1990s and hasn't been seen since - well, until today.

This might be someone's handwriting. It's nice, but the reason I'm so unsure is the A and the Ns do not match up to each other.
I don't know if they sell the Alternatives (k, A) on the Berthold font, but they use to exist. The rest is just El Greco.
