You can't make a derivative of Script MT and Bambola to make a new font, it's against the EULA. If you want a font job done, draw the charaters by yourself. Copying 85% of the character table of an existing font won't do the job.
That said, you already know our response to font making requests. Somebody may probably do it but not for free.
And if any Looneytunes geek with font making skills want to do it, good for you. But remember what I said about copying an existing font...

There are 138 pages of handwritting fonts (probably the most prolific) and from ONE font that doesn't suit your needs you assume they are all shitty? have you ever tried another one, at least? And in these approx. 1380 fonts there is not one single font that fits ?

Anyway, i think this kind of use is very rare and is more an illustration (even art) than a regular use, so does it worth making a (complex) font ?

Here is an example with the the glyphs "a" "b" and "q". I've colored them for readbility.

More seriously, you have tu put all your glyphs at the same place in illustrator on the bottom left of your page. The bottom of your page will be the base line in fontlab. Then you'll just have to copy and paste it in Fontlab.
