I think that this is the 'Cosmix Fairy' and 'Spread the Magic' parts (or at least some weight variation from that font family).

Hi there, I think this might be an edited form of Juergen Bold. The bulk of the lowercase glyphs match, and it was also used on the show's main titles at the time. The 'P' seems to have been squashed and the 'W' rounded and extended, but this is common in logo production.

I think this is it, there is some swapping between cases to get the exact combination on the box though.

There are a lot of similar fonts that could be the 'Winx' part, but this is a pretty good bet.
