Here’s a guess: Bourton Hand Script Bold, for “it’s… Good”. Caveats: looks like the “s” is the cap S from the typeface, shrunk, etc., and the apostrophes are from who-knows-where.

I guess it it the Shadow style: LostType doesn't show much for samples.
