I recon that is the 'inside' flavour of Colligiate (the distressing is aftermarket)

Just to clarify. Note where the erosion occurs on the same glyphs. Since each glyph is eroded in different places (the 5 'E's for example) the distressing is FX or applied manually rather than a feature of the font.
