Anyone know what font has the heart swirl?

Ok, I'm new to this font thing! LOL, I thank you for your response. When I clicked on it, the alphabet came up. Where does it show the swirls? Thank you so much in advance!

Oh, I didn't read it, anyway the heart/swirls aren't from that font, could belong to another font or they are just a vinyl...
