Hi, I am looking for a font called "scrawl" originally designed by John W. Young. We want to use it commercially and I am looking for it to provide, so nothing might happen with restricted rights. Can anybody help me? Look at the jpg how it looks like.. Many thanks!

Don't know where you found this one but it is not by John W.Young. He made a font NoteScrawl in 1995 - shareware - and sold by 5 bucks fonts (extinct) but that one has nothing to do with your sample.
When you look into the properties of your font you may get some info about the maker. Success.
