FYI, Keep Calm Medium is free for Personal Use

This must be Gill Sans, although the K is a little different. Perhaps they used Gill Sans Std with an outline to emulate Gill Sans Medium?

It's most likely Gill Sans which I a close but not quite good match to the original Keep Calm poster's hand drawn font. You could use my Keep Calm and Type On font. It has both the crown and the upside down crown included. I've specifically designed it to match the font from the original Keep Calm poster.
