Don't think that's a font as is, but at least 2 fonts. A cap 'O' from some serif font like Times Bold tilted right and a decorative swash similar to the 0 or 9 characters found here:
http://www.dafont.com/nymphette.font
but that could also have been drawn by the logo designer, or could be clip art or a decorative swash from another font. Plus an added clipart or dingbat crown.
