Both Pokemon and program seem 2 different fonts.

POKEMON looks a lot like Agency Extended Black, if you round off the corners. And some modifications
to P, K and M.

Could work, if you don't find a better match.

I think you may be spot on, if i overlay them they ar 99% alike apart from the decorations and rounded corners.
