I'd like to know the name of all three fonts, really I think its only two, "NEW!" "Hand Painted Skin" and "Petal". Thanks in advanced!

You're right. The top two lines are Futura Light (possibly extended 5-10%).

Petal looks like a version of Bodoni or Didot, although the "t" is slightly unique.
