A Bette is probably hand lettered, look at the two 'ee's? So opening bid for something similar?

And if we refer to the title of your post, it says "Circa 1947" which, I guess, is the year of your sample ? Then +1 pilaster

No such A nor such B, apart from the ee and tt of course ...

My opening bid for a stylistically similar script for the 'A' and the 'Bette' is LHF Sarah. NOT an ID, NOT a match, but would do a similar job to compliment Phoenix as in the sample.
