Binner has flicky little R's but not identical to these, and the C is different.

it’s likely a modified version of binner.

I met the graphic designer in the café, who confirmed it's Sicero.

They must have used it as a base only, right? Because every letter/shape is different, which is why jerseygirl understandably cancelled the answer previously.
