I want to surprise my brother by throwing him a graduation party when he comes from overseas, but I need to make a perfect replica of his diploma from a picture he sent to the family chat. The diploma has a different font for the university name (shown in photo) and the rest of the diploma text, and I can't find either. Ruca Regular is the closest with that water drop hanging off the E, but the lowercase y doesn't match.
