I'm 99% sure it's a custom typeface, especially made for this shirt, but I can't find the link I saw a few weeks ago.

Ok I have finally found that link about the new Umbro kit for Euro 2012. But the example you're showing is actually a previous shirt, the one that has only been worn for 8 games I think, and that was replaced with the new one in this link : http://commercialtype.com/news/updates/new_umbro_england_football_kit
