Hi! I wanted to make sure that it was OK to use a font on here that is marketed for personal use on a Youtube. The fonts I have in mind are:
Christmas Bells https://www.dafont.com/christmas-bell.font
Better https://www.dafont.com/better-4.font
Lova Bear https://www.dafont.com/lova-bear.font
Sweet Buttermilk Sans https://www.dafont.com/sweet-buttermilk-sans.font

IMO your use of the font is no longer personal use. However, the authors of those fonts might have a different interpretation of the meaning of personal use. All authors of the fonts you enumerated can be reached through private messaging here at Dafont so I suggest that you ask them directly.

If your youtube video is monetized, or you profit in anyway through promotion/advertising then it is classed as commercial use and not personal.
