How can i can download a font?
it says that i should unzip files how?
i'm using windows vista.please help me.

Vista has a build-in unzipper. Just right-click the zip file and choose the location where you want the font.
Better solution, IMO, get 7-zip.

No. Do NOT use WinRAR or WinZip. 7-Zip does it all and is absolutely free. WinRAR and WinZip will eventually hound you to pay for either of them, not to mention both have limitations on archive types.
