Am looking for the 59 and FIFTY text and the text around the outside rim, am guessin it is of the same family - have tried Avantgarde and Helvetica but the F is different

Fitted (and probably around the rim) is Helvetica Neue 65 Medium.

The FIFTY is a bit strange. I found a PDF on their site and the letters for "FIFTY", "TWENTY", "THIRTY" and "VISOR" don't look like regular fonts, they look hand drawn...
