How long does it take for a source to be reviewed? How can we know if it will be approved or not?
In my case, I've resubmitted twice, but I still have no return.

Submitting more than once will delay it even more, as the staff will not understand why it's been submitted twice (and will try to find the differences between the 2 files).
We are experiencing major delays at the moment so we kindly ask for your patience.
