I think is is mixed...look at the "R"-s and "Y"-s and the "E"-s

Yes, that's true, but the "Part of Me" font that Ehsan Hossain has kindly suggested is right on. In the album, "Katy" is written in CAPS, whereas "Perry" was written in lower case of the very same font.
