The answer seems to be in the picture : Caslon Black Italic (see http://www.typophile.com/node/4291). I can’t find this specific Caslon on the Net but it definitvely look like a Caslon ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caslon ).
There is a Caslon Graphique from URW++ who looks like but without the « frills ».

It’s clearly not a Cabernet (and not at all a « Cabernet Regular »).
