Letters have been filled in.

The "Dope Crisis" font is actually very close to what I need, but even though I do the internal fill as suggested, I realize that the edges and finishing strokes types are slightly different. So, I think theres another font that can be match better than Dope Crisis filled in.

the 3 A's are different
the 2 E's are different
the 2 U's are different
the 2 N's are different
i'd say it's not a font, but as tomthumb said, Dope Crisis would be close if filled in.
