I don't literally mean concerning a particular typeface, I mean the kind of typography written in the US Constitution.
No, seriously, what font do you need exactly? The font used for "We the People" or the small, calligraphic one?

Ha Ha Ha, anyway, I particularly interested in the small, calligraphic print. Even though I will be interested in the bold print as well.
They are Calligraphy, or pretty hand printing. There was never a font-set created called "US Constitution."

This also has the letters on top of the document, and the signatures. It will probably be your best bet.

The U.S. Constitution was entirely hand-penned by a calligrapher. So was the Declaration of Independence.
One of the most popular fonts of the time was Caslon which Benjamin Franklin used in his print shop.
A similar font to the lettering in the U.S. Constitution is Declaration Pro by P22 Type Foundry which is derived from the calligraphy in the Declaration. .
Variations include Alternatives, Script, dingbats and Blackletter.
Included in the package is scanned signatures of all the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
The dates on my font files are 2007 and 2015.
