This is a really cute font - I don't know it, but it reminds me of Childado Uno. So if you are at a loss, maybe?

I don't know if the letters were made into a font or just copied for repeating letters.
Similar paper cut-out style to the Survivor TV show titling, but different in design. Using a fan font by Thomas Ramey:
