As in like an "All My Fonts" video?

It's okay as long as it's not for commercial purposes.

If you just want to present your favorite fonts in a non-commercial video, I don't see any problem.
If you want to share fonts directly, add links to the original source (dafont).

There is no universal answer for cases like this. Always ask the author of the font.
