Didn't find the exact font, but I uploaded this exact picture to typekit.com and looks for the font for you. It's actually kinda amazing. I got a few fonts back that are very similar!

Actually I just inspected their website using Google's developers tools and found the name of the font!
'tranquilitynewbold-regular'
So it's a custom font of theirs and can't find it anywhere, but that's the name of it. Idk if this helps at all haha.

I would say Geo Regular is a more reliable font. Searching Tranquility does not poll a font similar to the font from the album. I would say Geo is closer, though still not perfect

I got the file looking in the server folders of the Arctic Monkeys website! You will only need to convert to some online site for ttf or otf. Because the format is in woff. Hugs!
