Does anyone know which typefaces were used, for the individual film titles on these movies? I'd greatly appreciate any help you could be; thanks.

Yup. Exactly as fonatica indicated, these title cards were hand-lettered by the Lord of the Rings' calligrapher, Daniel Reeve. At present he has not released a font based on any of these title cards.
