I tried to find information everywhere about the '100% Free' labeled fonts and what can you do with those.. I didn't find any info I was looking for.

I recently downloaded a font that was '100% Free' but there was no Read Me -file inside. So I'm wondering are '100& Free fonts' available for monetisation in general?

Can I write a text with the '100% Free font' to a shirt and sell the product as my own? Or type my logo to a mug and sell them? <--- FOR EXAMPLE

Basically, yeah, you can.
But if you really want to be sure, try contacting its designer.
The designer name is usually written next to the font name (most of the time with a contact link).
