The font is called "Average" and it's for free on Google Fonts!

But how can I make the font look like the font in the cover? (I mean the little holes in the letters)

extremely close but still not it, i'm positive the actual font comes with the worn out effect already, i tried to search on MyFonts some English old styled fonts but couldn't find the exact one
