if you ever want your problem to be solved, you'll have to learn to be precise :


"one of the fonts" ?
32,395 fonts here....


"canva" ?
is it related to the HTML5 "canvas" or is it something totally different that we're supposed to guess ?

mmmkay, same thing as for the fonts : thousands of error types possible

My apologies, the fonts name is 'futurist_fixed_width'and unable to load it into www.canva.com ...

it loads onto my PC no probs

Contact them and ask what's wrong :
As the font is embeddable, it seems the "font does not pass (their) validator".
