I have plenty of similar fonts in my collection but no exact match. Is there a font with this E and M (please check here for M http://www.portal42.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/desventuras.png)? I've checked glyphs for the ones I own but no cigar.

If you can identify the font in Lemony Snicket's signature as well, that'd be great.
