Maybe somebody recognize this font? I cant find same font anywhere! Thank you for help!

Definitely a kerned Eurostile (mix of regular and demi). If you're not able to get Eurostile, a good alternate is Jura here at dafont but you'll also have to adjust the kerning since its letters are a little rounder. Good luck!
