I really couldn't find anything - and the only thing I see that is kind of similar but not really would be Marmelade Plus

Is it possible it was handpainted or so?

If it was - I think the person duplicated their E... looking closely - the Es look like they match.

But - sorry, in a closer look - they really don't match up. I've marked this as not a font - because of that.
