This is a logo from a festival. The original artist did not keep the source file, and doesn't know what font this is. Can you help me?

It could have been edited from a cut of Aachen…

It's extraordinarily similar to Aachen Bold, but it has some minor differences, like the V is...weird in the logo. I assume, since professionalism is not exactly in high levels in our firm, that it was simply chopped in Illustrator to "give it a flair". I'll be working with Aachen, thanks for your input.
