Whats the font that reads "Thirteen"

it's Arial (not Helvetica)

scratch that; I didn't read your post completely. "Hitlist" is in Arial; but "thirteen" is in Arial Black, a separate typeface.

(It is not Helvetica because one thing Helvetica is known for is its horizontal terminals; Arial has slanted terminals on the "t" and "e.")

Note that the tracking is tightened to bring the letters closer together.
