It's very similar to FF DIN OT Bold, it could be that one.
Not Bold, Black, with custom N and L.
Maybe someone will find a font that has the N and L that you want, but I believe it's easier, depending on what your project is, if you edit it with Illustrator.
You can take the lower case L as a starting point, or a flipped J. The N is just a combination of I and the inverted L.
