I have downloaded many fonts successfully but these two are causing me grief... Simplesnails ver 4.0 and Rocky Mountain Beauty. I am able to download, have verified they are TTF (and I have the files not the zips), they are showing up in my fonts folder, they will work in Excel but not in Word 2013. I have uninstalled/reinstalled my printer drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled the files, rebooted my laptop, the print screen on the display/install screen is showing and printing but when I try to use the font in Word (which is showing up in the font box in its true type) they convert to a basic font. I have Windows 7 on a wireless network (and have no other PCs to attempt these downloads). Any suggestions or help??
