I don't think they are fonts. If you look at the word NEVER -- the Es are not alike.
Overlook looks like an old font from the 1930s Germany - but I don't think it was ever made into a digital - but hey I've been wrong before... LOL

It won't be the same - but just maybe - it will have the same feelings....
What differentiates the tone of _OVERLOOK HOTEL_ from most digital sans-serif fonts is the parabolic taper on the _O_.
Neo-Franklin has this _O_ and has about the same weight and width.
Main differences are the height of the center stoke on E and H, and the absence of the a small curve in the top of the leg on _K_.

I have not found digital font that is a good match for the script.
The closest I can come to the tone is Erich Mollowitz's Forelle wich he cut for the German foundry Trennert in 1936. Digital version by Ralph M. Unger
