Maybe it's painted with the spray tool from paint ??!Or it's a chalk font?

She probably used a cursive font and edited it on photoshop or gimp or whatever.

Write the text with the font you like -> change the normal layer to dissolve -> then gaussian blur. :P

this is not a font. take a closer look on the b's and the e's.
