Not the font - but you could modify Baron Neue - and come pretty close.

This is a good start thanks. Do you think this font exists at all? Or is it a custom font?

I haven't a clue - a few like this have popped up in recent years...

So I really couldn't say - and perhaps it is and someone here recognizes it. (Shhhh I'm from old school typography - and cringe when I see what some folks have done to bastardize "real" fonts....)
