Infinitype, a softmaker activity, so smelly if not stinking, digitized the Inverserif but did not make an italian/slanted version. Castcraft did and named it OPTIIambic-HeavyItalic. Brendel Informatik did the same and named it Concorde. Both foundries are extinct which makes our world a better world - nah, a bit better but still better. All little bits help right?

Inverserif was originally a film font from VGC.

True. None of the Softmaker activities have ever produced anything original.
