I think this is it, stroked and condensed.

It is the Gallia (Agfa Corporation. Copyright 1992 Miles Inc.), a type that has been copied by almost everyone and lives under many names. This one is probably Bay Animation's (now Arts&Letters) Gallery Condensed.
