Recently my softball team had a new letter made for our hats. I tried contacting our company that made them but they have never goten back to me.

for some reason, when i got it it was a trojan.

It's not a trojan, just a vector file format (EPS). You can open it with CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator, for example.
