I saw this really nice font; Helvetica Neue; and I cannot find it here on this site at all! It's so weird. It's defaulted automatically on computers, but it's not on my laptop. If it's a default font, why isn't it on this site? I tried to find sites to download it for free like this site, but it's way different and I can't handle different, I'm afraid I'll click something wrong.
I found a zipped TTF file, but I don't know how to open it onto my Windows 7 Laptop. TTF files seems just as good as this site, but I don't know how to open it, so I use this site to get my fonts, but no Helvetica? Really? Oh my gah, weird.

Well, your first problem is assuming that it's free. This site does not offer commercial font downloads for free.

yeah, it might be bundled with your computer, but the reason is that you pay for the font when you buy your OS license.
Helvetica Neue is and will probably always be a commercial font.

If you want a font with the same look, Arial is very veru close than Helvetica.
