The "G" I'm not sure of - I'd say it was probably hand-modified.

The rest looks like good old Impact - with a "handtooled" special effect added in Adobe's Photoshop

Rahul, in Photoshop, select your layer, then go to Layer -> Layer style -> Bevel and Emboss. Change the Shading Angle to 135 degrees and play around with the Gloss contour and other settings.

I would only use the white on the emboss as the black looks like it's made from a Drop Shadow...
