I downloaded the Gold Panda font and installed it onto my computer, now what do I do? I don't see anything to access the font and use it. When I tried to install it again my computer said it was already installed. I just want to know how to use the font!!!

If the font is correctly installed, you can use it with every softwares that use fonts, like text editor (MS Word, Open Office, Write, etc.), graphic editors (PhotoShop, GIMP, Paint, etc.), spreadsheets, CAD, etc.
