Every Truetype is a Wisefont

Queria preguntarle despues de descargarlo que tengo que hacer?

(On a Mac) I've noticed in Font Book, that there is the symbol for Us Against The World, Princess of China, Up in flames and A Hopeful Transition but I can't figure out how to type them. Any Help?
